Refund Policy:
Please note that refunds cannot be issued after the final registration deadline.
How to Register:
Select “Register” to begin.
A checkmark and a blue square with a white shopping cart icon will appear.
Click the blue square to continue.
Review your order summary and choose your preferred payment method.
PayPal is available in the top right corner.
To qualify for Early Bird Pricing, payment must be completed before the deadline.
Paying at the Meeting:
If you plan to pay with cash or check at the event, please email mima.general@gmail.com to notify the board in advance.
Confirmation:
A pop-up message stating “Payment Complete” will confirm successful registration.
Trouble Registering?
Some employer networks may block registration.
If you encounter issues, try registering from a personal computer or mobile device.
If problems persist, email mima.general@gmail.com for assistance and plan to bring cash or a check to the meeting.
